Spring Security Fundamentals

After a long update process, partially due to me and partially due to the hurdles that 2020 has presented me with, I have updated my Spring Security Fundamentals course. This was a long time coming, but it was a 100% rewrite of the course. I added some more relevant topics now that Spring 5 is out and has some newer techniques. The course has been switched over to 100% Java configuration. Some of the UI pieces were removed because you may or may not be using RESTful services or a SPA front end.
